TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COUNTRY HOMES METROPOLITAN DISTRICT AND TO ALL OTHER PERSONS TO WHOM IT MAY BE OF CONCERN:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to § 32-1-903(2) C.R.S., as amended, that the Board of Directors of the Country Homes Metropolitan District, of the County of Arapahoe, State of Colorado, will convene a special meeting on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. at 13 Sunset Drive, Englewood, Colorado 80113 for the purpose of addressing those matters set forth below, and conducting such other business as may properly come before the Board. The meeting is open to the public.
