NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Metropolitan District Homeowners’ Rights Task Force was created in the Department of Regulatory Agencies by House Bill 23-1105 signed into law on May 24, 2023. Among other things, the Task Force is charge with examining issues confronting Metropolitan District Homeowners’ Rights. More information regarding the Task Force, the process by which appointments are made thereto, a summary of the bill as well as the text of HB 23-1105 is available at https://leg.colorado.gov/bills/hb23-1105.
